I’m really pleased to be starting a new contract with Lloyds TSB today in the role of Design Lead to manage activity for the Retail Distribution Review (RDR) Design Project within the Wealth division.

I was employed by Lloyds TSB for nearly 6 years in my younger days and learned a massive amount from them about financial planning. This is the longest I have worked anywhere. They supported me through all my study for the Financial Planning Certificate and Advanced Financial Planning certificate and also gave me excellent training on coaching and feedback skills when I decided to change my career to training. Since being self-employed, I have had the opportunity to run some short skills courses for Lloyds and I’m really delighted to be joining them now on this high profile project.
